Glen helped me with a very knotty email server problem, taking the intitiative to track down settings in the background, and making a number of phone calls behind the scenes, which would have been very difficult for me to resolve on my own. Really appreciated Glen's thoroughness in fixing the problem, and in preserving notes to make future work easier as well. Can't recommend him highly enough.
